Imo, its better to decrease the poise damage in power stance (you should trade poise with damage, not get both at once), and increase riposte damage. This would still place the dps of two handing lower than power stance, but now two handing would have a clear advantage in breaking poise and also have bigger reward from riposte.Honestly I am still working towards a good Dex power stance build. Twinblades power stance moveset is honestly superfun and have good reach. But as you mentioned has a problem with not being able to deal a good amount of damage to enemy poise.
