2024 2014 silverado temp gauge not working fans on high

Went through your problem 2 weeks ago. Engine never got above 170. AC does not work and cooling fan for the engine was on high. Found out the thermostat is stuck open. So i called the dealer and got OEM parts ( thermostat and temp sensor). I replaced the temp sensor with the thermostat since its RIGHT next to each other.. Www mychart com cleveland clinic
